Butterfield business park

Luton

Lying some 30 miles north of central London and just ten minutes from Luton Airport, Butterfield Business Park, is a constantly evolving flourishing commercial space for a mix of both local and international businesses.  

We have successfully delivered over 325,000 sq ft of employment accommodation through a combination of speculative development via the ‘Quad’ developments and several Design and Build projects.  

With a flexible masterplan, we have a further 450,000 sq ft of flexible commercial accommodation available through D&B opportunities.

Airport Business Park

Southend

Airport Business Park, Southend is the regeneration of a 52-acre green field adjacent to the long-established Airport; a place which today has created hundreds of jobs, driven large scale investment, and has played a pivotal role in improving the economic outlook of the area.   

Airport Business Park has been a real catalyst for change. One of the few employment zones of any real scale in Southend, the fully completed site is expected to create around 700,000 sq ft of space; 380,000 sq ft of which is complete, or nearing completion.

In partnership with Barings, we are bringing forward a highly-sustainable industrial and logistics scheme consisting of four units – ranging in size from 41,126 sq ft to 171,406 sq ft.

Enfield

Workstown is the redevelopment of a 28-acre site in the London Borough of Enfield (LBE).

Sitting prominently on Montagu Road with easy access to the A1055 Meridian Way, the A10 Great Cambridge Rd and the A406 London’s North Circular, we are bringing forward this multi-phased industrial site in partnership with Enfield Council and the GLA.
